Carnarvon Strategies is delighted to welcome three new Senior Advisors to the collective.

‍Stuart Bourhill (Vancouver BC); Nancy Desrosiers (Vancouver BC); and Christopher Gillis (Toronto ON). These leaders bring exceptional experience and insights to our team.

Stuart is a seasoned business and technology advisor who has held multiple senior executive roles in British Columbia, including at the First Nations Health Authority, UBC and YVR, among others. Nancy is an RN and has served as a senior executive at Fraser Health, PHSA, Vancouver Coastal Health, as well as in multiple regional systems in Ontario. Christopher joins having recently completed a post as Chief Transformation and StrategyOfficer at Health PEI. He is also a former provincial Deputy Minister.
